The Sacrifice of Dove: Once upon a time, there was a hunter who had caught some animals and was on his way back home. Suddenly, it started to rain, and the hunter needed a place to take shelter. He found a big tree and decided to stay under it until the rain stopped.

Up in the tree, there was a pair of doves – a boy dove and a girl dove. The boy dove was waiting for the girl dove to return, but she was stuck in the hunter’s cage. When the girl dove realized how worried her mate was, she spoke to him and explained where she was.

The girl dove suggested to the boy dove that he should be kind and hospitable to the hunter, even if it meant risking his own safety. So, the boy dove gathered some wood and started a fire. He wanted to make the hunter feel comfortable.

With a warm fire burning, the boy dove asked the hunter if he was hungry. The hunter sadly replied Yes! I’m hungry but the boy Dove had nothing to offer except himself. saying so, the boy dove, without any fear, said, “I will give my life to help you.” He bravely jumped into the fire.

The hunter was amazed and moved by this selfless act. Touched by the boy dove’s sacrifice, the hunter decided to free the girl dove from the cage. But the story doesn’t end there. The girl dove, seeing her mate sacrifice his life, couldn’t bear to live without him. She, too, jumped into the fire.

In the end, the hunter was left standing in awe, realizing the power of love and kindness. The doves’ sacrifice touched his heart, and he learned a valuable lesson about compassion.

Moral: The story teaches us that kindness and selflessness can have a powerful impact, even in difficult situations. The doves’ sacrifice highlights the importance of being compassionate, even when faced with challenges.
